Welcome to Crystal Waters Spa
By making a booking or visiting our spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a calm, professional, and respectful environment for all.
🗓️ 1. Bookings

All appointments are by prior booking only.

To confirm your session, we require a non-refundable deposit via WhatsApp.

Full payment is due on the day of your treatment before or after your session.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
❌ 2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may forfeit your deposit.

No-shows (clients who miss their appointment without notice) may be blocked from future bookings.
💰 3. Payment Policy

We currently accept cash, EFT, and instant EFT payments.

No card machines are available at this time.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Crystal Waters Spa is a strictly professional and non-sensual environment.

Clients who act inappropriately, make suggestive requests, or disrespect staff will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

All client information shared with us is kept strictly confidential.

We do not share your personal details with third parties.

WhatsApp messages and forms are used only for booking, communication, and marketing with your consent.
📷 6. Media & Photography

No photography or filming is allowed during treatments without permission.

If you are attending a spa party or event, we may take photos with your prior consent for social media or promotional use.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your session.

Crystal Waters Spa is not liable for any complications resulting from information that was not disclosed.
📍 8. Venue Hire Terms

Venue hire requires a 50% deposit to confirm your date.

The balance must be paid 24 hours before the event.

Damages to property or excessive cleaning required after your event may result in additional charges.
-
No sleepovers, illegal substances, or loud music after 8PM are permitted.
